Badges — earn rules

Edit the player-facing "how to earn" text and the machine-readable rule. The award engine reads these live — no app or engine deploy.
The engine reads keys like levels, high_above, criterion, trigger. Some shared thresholds live in the table below. New badges: defining one here sets its art, wording & rule — but a brand-new trigger/mechanic still needs award-engine support to auto-grant.
